Planning Your Visit

The Showgrounds are well signposted from Kilcoy township.
Free public parking is available.
Parking Areas
- Parking Area 1 (main public parking)
- Parking Area 2
- Accessible parking immediately inside the entrance beside the Trackside Pavilion.
Please follow volunteer directions and event signage when arriving.
Purchase your tickets at the gate.
Accepted payment methods:
- Cash
- EFTPOS
(No online tickets required).

Accessible Parking
Accessible parking is located immediately through the main entrance beside the Trackside Pavilion.
Accessible Toilets
Available at:
- Trackside Pavilion
- Dining Room precinct
- Amenities block near the Woodchop/Canteen area
Wheelchair Access
A ramp provides access to the amenities block near the Woodchop area.
Moving Around the Showgrounds
Visitors can:
- Use the pedestrian bridge between precincts
- Drive around to the Main Ring side if preferred
- Ride the Trackless Train operating throughout the Show
Two ATMS are available during the Show.
These are hired specifically for the event and are located at:
- Location 1
- Location 2
Public toilets are located throughout the grounds and indicated on the Show Map.
Facilities include:
- Trackside Pavilion
- Dining Room precinct
- Amenities block near the Woodchop and Canteen area
Showers are also available at the northern end of the undercover pavilion.
A dedicated First Aid service is available through both days of the Show.
If assistance is required, please speak with any volunteer or Show official who will direct you immediately.

The Showgrounds are larger than many visitors expect.

Only assistance animals are permitted within the Showgrounds.
For the safety of exhibitors, livestock and visitors, please leave pets at home.
For everyone's safety, please do not bring:
- Alcohol
- Illegal substances
- Weapons
- Fireworks
- Glass bottles
- Drones without approval

If you become separated from your child:
- Stay calm and notify the nearest Kilcoy Show volunteer or official immediately.
- Children who are found without their parent or guardian will be cared for by Show officials in a safe location while attempts are made to reunite them with their family.
- Please provide your child's name, age, a description of their clothing and the last location they were seen.
- Volunteers and officials across the Showgrounds will be alerted to assist.
Show Office: The Show Office is the central point for lost children and family reunification.
